Indoor snow
Tamworth · Staffordshire · UK
The UK’s original indoor real-snow slope, featuring a 170m main run alongside a massive multi-sport leisure complex.
Opening in 1994 as the UK’s very first recreational indoor real-snow slope, the SnowDome in Tamworth remains a massive powerhouse for winter sports in the Midlands. It features a 170-metre main blue-graded slope alongside separate dedicated nursery tracks. Distinct from modern standalone ski boxes, the SnowDome is a complete family leisure hub, packing an ice-skating track, indoor climbing walls, and a full 25m swimming pool complex underneath the same roof.
