Dry slope
Bergamo · Lombardy · Italy
An innovative urban synthetic ski centre in Bergamo, developed by Neveplast to introduce city-dwellers to skiing on low-friction matting.
Conceived by Neveplast at its home base in Lombardy, Urban Ski Lab serves as an educational showcase for urban winter sports accessibility. The compact 70-metre slope uses low-friction NP30 synthetic tiles and a magic carpet conveyor lift to introduce Italian schoolchildren and novices to the mechanics of skiing without requiring mountain travel or refrigerated domes.
