Two-time Winter Olympic host Lake Placid keeps the historic art of ski jumping alive year-round on the Adirondack slopes. Equipped with watered ceramic in-run tracks and plastic bristle landing mats, the towering HS100 and HS128 jumping hills allow USA Nordic athletes to log flight distances exceeding 100 metres during summer and autumn. A scenic Skyride gondola and glass elevator carry visitors to the peak of the 26-story tower.
